Atonement

Must see film is "Atonement", this lusciously beautiful film is a relatively faithful representation of Ian McEwan's book by the same title. The film stars James Mcavoy & Keira Knightley. Mcavoy is a blue-eyed Scotsman with a talent for conveying emotion("Becoming Jane").Set in England pre & during WW2, the film is at once empathatic, visually sensual, and sumptuous in it's ability to evoke the feeling of the period. Ian McEwan's heavily descriptive style is perfectly represented by the beatiful visuals and cinematography. - go forth and wallow!
